Is this silk violet? What are the usual rust areas like?

Hi the paint code is e119.sills are good battery tray is good the chassis legs are good inside the boot has been done on top of the drivers door has some rust on it but the pass side is good. both arches have some rust but it has been treated 93,000 showing on the clocks.
