Head Rest Runner/Plastic Slots

Do these come out? reason being a **** of a mate punched the passsenger one in the Nova the other night and as a result snapped both palstic runners, and i now have a floppy headrest :(

So the runners themselves unclip? sure they do but dont know how? :( I need to renew both of them

Iirc they do unclip but to do so you need to get at them from inside the seat, you need to remove the seat cover which aint going to be an easy job:cry:

I levered mine out.

I have some black ones here if needed gayve, from my gsi.

I can get some grey ones from the scrappy out a Nova, jsut need to know how to get them out

Screw driver in the front and back, there is a push in (in to where the bar of the head rest runs) tab.

Can be a c**t in the seat you wanna keep safe.

From what I remember, Sport seat & standard seat guides are different so make sure they are from the same seat type.
