Very vague question but how much is a tidy bare shell worth now days?

Hello all, a very vague question like I said but how much is a complete shell with no wings, doors, wiring etc etc... worth now days? It very tidy indeed! Never welded, no rust underneath, battery tray it holed and back arches are very solid but badly rolled.

What would this ROUGHLY be worth? My friend wants it off me to turn into a rally car, around £250? ? ?
