Are these tanks suitable to use on an XE? If so which is recommended? And do you have dimensions of them (0.5L, 1L) to hand?

There universal catch tanks so yes, if your using this for road/track then 1ltr or 0.5ltr would be fine.

We do have the dimensions of the catch tanks on the description on our site, I could give you them however we have rounded and square, so I'm not sure which ones your after.
