car wont rev past half way

i have a nove 1.2 trip 92 reg it idles fine and revs fine up to half throttle but after half way it just bogs down any help would be good i have changed ht leads spark plugs and coil

is it carb or injection? could be throttle position sensor if the latter.

if its injection then its hugely likely to be the crank sensor.

1.2 spi doesn't have a crank sensor does it? In which case i'd say dizzy.
