sumone in my village has just got one, seems pretty damn quick an sounds fantastic :twisted
anyone had one, bin in one, or driven one? and are they better than a golf VR6?

yes mate, dese fings are da dogs bollox. deyve got over 200 bhp, and the corrado got 20 more than the golf VR6. Theyre 3 litre v6 jobbies, so get urself a ride if u can mate!

I dont know if i already saying what the other guy put but i never got a word of it but...

THE G60 supercharged ones are better than the VR6's.

and the 4 valve per cylinder onse suffer from early rocket pad fatigue die to th extra stress put on them. as it remains a SOHC engine due to it being only a 15 degree Vee, also you cant get the revs so high cos of that slim Vee

the idea was to get the packaging of a straight 4 with the "benefits" (torque) of a V6



anyway i think the scirroco and corrado are stunning cars

NO VR6 is 3.0

2.8 or 2.9 depending onif its golf or corrado.

the vr6 corrado is 2.9. not 3.0! 2860cc. 190 bhp. and the g60 is only a 1.8 with160bhp.

in the us and germany they came with a 3.0

Grr i have a Modded VR6,220bhp.
Besides if you can turbo your nova only fair to compare to a turbo VR6.
