Seeing as my nova isn't going to see PVS this year i'm not rushing it, i'll make sure its ready for next year so i am thinking about selling the engine and starting again rather than stripping and changing it, if anyone is interested in it i am looking for £2500 ono
short engine;
very good let crank, very good low milage block with perfect bores and freshly faced deck, freshly fitted oil jets for under piston cooling, mahle forged pistons, new mahle piston rings, new mahle big end and main bearings, new z20let pump and modified pickup, new steel con rods with arp rod bolts, new main bolts, new sealed oil catch pan, new water pump, newly modified baffled alloy sump. comes with crank timing pulley and main bolt. (all built up but unused yet)
Long engine;
All above plus Gary Poole gas flowed coscast head, just had a light reface and pressure tested, cleaned in the tank, new valve stem oil seals, a full set of coscast springs matched so they are all the same height (also tested under lift), valves reseated. this will be supplied with a pair of xe cams if needed. (un-ran since freshen up)
Extra's;
I also have a new set of ARP head studs and bolts and a new 1.9mm Cometic gasket to finish this engine off if you want it to be right! (this was going to be my build parts for this engine)
I'm sure i haven't forgotten anything but unsure, if you are looking for a good engine to run a aftermarket turbo this was built for that in mind.
