Late C20XE oil pump questions,

Needing a new oil pump for my xe, does anyone know roughly how much the are, and where i am best to get it from i.e. Autovaux, courtney, or standard one from vauxhall?

Lookin to order a new one 1st thing in the morning.

Give autovaux a ring mate they may be able to just supply new gears for it so you can recon it.

yeh, dont buy a non gm one, as they are proper poo. always hear bad things.

see if you can recon yours,

Ive got a non gm one on mine and it seems to be ok was supplied by a reputible race engine builder, When i rang up vauxhall they wanted £254+ vat trade for one.

Thanks guys. Courtney sport do one for £120.
The guy said its the same one they have been using in any rebuilds they have done and they havent had any problems with them.

Not sure what to do now, heard alot of bad reports bout non-gm ones failing.

Is it hard to rebuild one? Am not the best at mechanical things.
