1.4sr gearbox help

Iv recently bought a new nova and it has a 1.4 sr engine and is running an f10 four speed, I'm just wondering what is the best gearbox to run as when I'm in traffic on the motorway its revving at like four and a half grand in forth. can anyone help?

i don't think there is a gm box with that low a 4th gear.. are you sure the tacho & speedo are reading correctly, a 4 speed f10 with a 3.74 diff will give nearly 20mph per 1000 rpm
