Dont think anyone does it - think about it - WAAP traffic - you receive a beep on your phone telling you theres a traffic jam up ahead (most companies like AA do traffic updates) - thing is - its a text message so you reach for pohone read it...


and then slam into the back of someone or swerve into oncoming traffic!
