View Full Version : Multiple car options?
This is a joke, i want to insure 2 cars but obviously only have 1 set of no claims!
I am looking at around £1k to insure my diesel astra as my no claims are on a current policy on the mondeo.
I am 30 ffs and have not made a claim in nigh on 8-9 years!

Try admiral or alternatively if you have a mrs then try directline tell them she has been on your policy for the last 5 years and providing you have no claims or convictions they will match your ncd to her tescos also do it and maybe Churchill just mention second car discount if that's no good have you tried admiral multi car or Hastings direct they mirrored my dads ncd to a second car also with the direct line etc method they ask for no proof
There is another method but I can't post it lol pm your way
I had a rant about NCB a while back, its daft that you can only use it on one car.
Sky will mirror NCB, so may be worth trying them.
Although my premium on the Nova is around the £400 mark, with adding Lee as a second driver it made it £1100... yet if he insures it in his name, its £500-odd. I've got drive any car on the Celica, so I'm going to give him the Nova and just drive it on that policy whenever I want to lol
on my admiral multicar policy it costs me around £420 to insure my S3 and Kats 206, both fully comp and both of us still keep and build on our NCB, and you can add other cars at any time.
both of us are 32 i have 16 years NCB lol Kat has 10 years NCB

go to tradex website they do a homefleet policy where its the driver not the car which is insure etc underwritten by clegg gifford iirc eg more cars to drivers on the policy the cheaper it works out - you can only use 1 at once!
