problem with the Bay

i've been trying to buy some wheelnuts for my car. there are lots of people on eBay that are selling them, they are car breakers mostly, and every time i try to bid on them, for as little as 1p, they cancel my bid, and i get rude messages from them.. should i report this to eBay?
