After being laid off on April 1st I've been applying for anything.
I took a job at Machine mart but as I've never worked in a shop before it wasn't really me.
Before I got the job at mm I had an interview for a merc main dealer in Swindon.
Now I had been working at mm for a few weeks when I got a call to say I've got the job.
I now start at merc on Monday as a cleaner driver.
Happy days.
Well done and good look but I thought you did catalogue modeling after seeing your picture in this months T.v.
What is a cleaner driver?
I assume that you are just a bit less smelly than the delivery drivers? lol

He means service driver/valeter, i do all of the above and more, and im still on much less than Chris is, oh it sucks to be me lol

Congrats fella, a great feeling when you get a job, at least some of your stresses go. Wish I had a job that paid more than my current one. In need of more cash tbh lol
Congrats :) I had an interview today. Keeping a bit quiet about it till I get a yay or nay but all I will say is my tv career could be taking off :cool: lol

Congratulations! I've been keeping an eye on your job hunts on FB. I used to be a valeter/driver for a Vauxhall garage, used to really enjoy it :)
I had my first interview for 9years on Tuesday and have received info that I passed, should have an offer on it's way :d

Cheers Lynz. I've had a ****ty time recently, in the last month I've split up with my mrs of nearly 4yrs and subsequently had to move house, then to top it off I wrote off my M3 as well! Still what doesn't kill us makes us stronger :)
I think a new job, trip to the ring, trip to Le Mans and possibly another M3 might just cheer me up lol
