my clultch cable has finally given up :( but have had to leave my nova at work (asda at the Beehive retail centre) ive put a request on 'dixons vauxhall spares' for a new one, but not to sure on the difficulty of fittin it, an wot il need, i looked in haynes, an it was three spanners.. hmmm.. :roll: but read the description of how to fit it, and didnt seem to bad.. just wonderin, if i carnt do it, if anyones willin to help me sumtime ASAP, dont relay wana have to pay for a moblile mechanic but if anyone knows a cheap one, it might be last resort....

Is very easy to replace. Release the cable from the cluch mech on the g/box, then lay on you relined drivers seat and unclip a lil metal clip from the top part of the clutch pedal assemby. This holds the end on the cluch cable (which is hook shaped) in place. Release the hook and feed the cable through to the bay.

should take all of 5 mins
