Unit rental

Going to look at a unit next week it's 1060 square feet and is up for rent at £220 per month

It's pretty secure with CCTV outside and large metal shutter doors, there me and 2 mates gonna use and split the rent

Sound good? I've never rented a unit before

Yup be careful on rates, I got royally raped on my rates at my old unit!
