help i broken down

i got a mk1 1.2 carb nova and yesterday broken down. i left work and 2 min down the road cut out and now nova wont run i call the aa and they think there no spark from the coil. i put other coil on and still the same any ideas please need the car to run or going to the scrap yard

leads, plugs, distributor cap, main earth wire, bad connection....doesnt stop there!

If you have 12 V to the coil try changing the dizzy or the amp module in the dizzy.

surely if the coil isnt sparking it cant be the lead as coil is before it?

is the rotor arm turning??? cambelt is so common on them..

coils do go though

Earth strap maybe? Happened to me once on an SR about 10 years back

a mate looked at it today and thinks it the ignition module in the dizzy any one got a dizzy
