Hey, I am in the middle of putting my project back together and I now need to fit the seat belts but its been that long I have forgot what holds on the metal bar that the belt loops into can anyone help me out please ?

I wish I didnt mix between mk 1 & 2 shells nothing fits I have a full set of mk 2 trim & interior lol I have bolted the front belt reels into place and then bolted it at the top it has like a metal spacer. then I have put the belt loop through the metal bar and attatched it with a bolt but I cant remember how the other part of the bar attatches the hooked end lol if you get what I mean.

If fits into the square hole in the sill, then you bolt it in. I'll have a look what I've got regarding your PM but dont have much now

ive got it into the square hole but it rattles about lol how does it secure in ?

should be a little plastic bit that fits over the rail and pushes into the sill

cool is that all that holds that bit in then is it like a round plastic disc ?

Round disc with a square on the back that pushes into the square on the sill :thumb:
