doubt very much if it will include bulbs, as dicko said they are cheap enough the only one you need is a red fog light bulb the others should be ok,
the only difference between the road legal ones an non legal ones are a red reflector but neil (aka NOva) got round this somehow
mine are non legal but have been on over 2 years an never been pulled for them am i only have to change them for the mot
hope that helps

I always try e-bay to be honest. Set went on there for about 50 quid the other day wish I would of bought them now. Is there anyway of doing them yourself with that spray stuff?

mate, if ur on a PROPER budget n want a betta look 4 ur lights, den do wot my m8 did. go buy a pair of womans tights, n wrap a layer round da rear clusters n bolt em back in. smoked effect for only ?3, and the lights shine the right colour thru.

sorted

one of my mates recently got pulled by the police for having tights on his back lights and had to take them off

'e' markings arent a legal requirement. the mot manual has alternative tests (i.e. standing a set distance from the car and then assessing the light) if 'e' marks are not present and then the tester has to decide whether they meet the alternative criteria
