Problem spring coilover

Hi, I wanted to ask you how many pounds I need the front springs for my vauxhall nova c20xe.

I have a coilover kw variant 1, with standard springs and are very soft.

I was told that springs from 275 lbs to 300 lbs ??

The car will not be used to compete

I'd recommend 275lb springs, that's what I had on my XE Nova and then went to 300lb when I fitted the LET and F28.
