Firstly you can fit 15" wheels without to much work as long as your sensible, go for wheels around 6.5" wide, stick with 195/45/15" tyres and choose a sensible offset, offset incase you are unsure is how far the wheels sit from the face of the hubs (more involved than that but thats enough to be going on with)

Vauxhall cars have a very high offset et49, other cars such as VW or Ford are et38 (ish) you are best of looking for wheels made by either vauxhall, Irmscher, speedline, Compomotive, Mille Migillia, Ronel and a few tohers are very good, you can get away with wolfrace if you like, but might need to grind the arches a little.

Try to stay away from wheel manufacturer's like OZ, MOMO as these are very low offset and will casue you rubbing and then you will have to have arch work done.

Are you planning on lowering the car?

If you want a respray it depends what condition your car is, what colour your car already is, what quality of Job you want done...

Resprays have been known to be as little as ?400 but can rise upto ?4000, all depends on the work you want done.

If you do have a respray it might be a good time to get your arches rolled or grinded back so you dont have to worry so much about the wheel offset.
