Auto Sprint cams - any good?

I spotted there ad in TV, and their cams (exchange) seem very cheap.

Anyone used them before? Are exchange/re-grind's ok?

Which are best one a relatively standard XE? 260 or 276 degree?

Yep, he's a top bloke and I (and friends) have had loads of stuff off him in the past. Well worth a phone call, really knowledgeable bloke and won't sell you stuff that you don't need.

I'm using one of their 290's in my 1.4 NV, work's well had no problems talked to the guy on the phone a few time's he was all ways very helpful.
I can only give them thumb's up and at a bloody good price too. :thumb:
They do regrind/exchange and just buy.
