...what it is with pyjamas in the daytime?

I always thought that the wearing of nightwear in the daytime (and I'm talking outdoors here) was reserved for the elderly and the unwell..

So why am I seeing more and more women out and about in their pyjamas?

I counted nearly half a dozen in one afternoon, two in ASDA..

Is this a national thing or is it (once again, oh the shame), concentrated mainly here in the north-east???

Or is it just the continuing decline of standards in this 'green and pleasant (ha) land'???
