I work with a very appley group of people.... which is flat wrong for automotive engineering but its all good having a 'work' macbook ali that I can use at home lol.
We are looking at putting Android into cars though, which is making them cry lol

Just print a sticker out with the word "android" on it and stick it to the back of the nearest iPhone user at work, then stick him in one of those fancy motors you work on lol
i gave up on 4.2.1
i will await ios 5 but may possibly run away to something less apple soon!

As above, what's the problem with yours Jeff?
My iPhone 4 has all the recent updates and is working just as good as ever...

Seems slower since upgrade, also got 3GS. Was rapid before.
The main benefit if 4.3.2 is turning the phone into a hotspot for the Internet connection but i haven't used that yet.

Update it to the most recent version, should fix it.
If not or you don't want to update try disabling all the spotlight searching options.

As said above, my 4 is on the latest update and is fine.
when i updated to 4.3.2, it put the phone into recovery and wanted me to restore, so i used a aftermarket program and kicked it out of recovery and all was fine.
now updating :)

I've never hacked any of my iPhones so maybe that's why mine still works okay with the updates ;)

This is the same with everyone I know with them. Those who don't Jailbreak them never have issues :)

Tbh mine gets my work emails, has a few games and the music I need for the car oh and I can use it for something called ringing people, now that's an amazing thing with iPhones lol

Mines fine with PC.
I conveniently get mine free from work (as I'm an IT tech), literally invention of my lifetime to be honest. Do all my mails from it, remote desktop to my machine from at home to save me going in on call alot of the time. Do work with files for clients via it and the list goes on.
I've only ever used it as a Phone a few times though haha

/\ one of the lucky ones but not messing with the cydia nonsense will help ;)
Recently I've found it handy printing out my emails via wifi to my printer, a small thing but saves time logging onto my G5 lol
mine has been a **** since the ast update , battery life halfed , just updated to 4.3.3 and its gone and goofed up lol , as martin said recovery mode , wiped it all etc , i had about 27gig of music aswell :(
just glad i sync it before i updated , least ill only loose my call timers etc :(

I don't get why people are having trouble! Mines working fine and I'm not even using the latest iPhone... maybe that's another issue then, could be the the new camera facecall thing on the iPhone 4 saps the processor in the phone.
im still on a 3gs , due my upgrade though , but goin to hang on to around mid jun, as they have a new model about that tim every year lol

iPhone 5 lol
iPhone 5 is likely to be announced in June. Manufacturing will begin in July and it's expected to be out in September.
As for the latest update it's to 'fix' a little gps/cell tracking cache problem that was uncovered recently. Nothing else is noted as having changed.
