Has anyone made a solid boot floor ie like the boot carpet but made of like mdf or the sorts ? i was thinking split it in half so easily removed and covered in like grey sway

if so then ditto, i used pressed steel from work and then lined it with alcantara, needles to say the alcantara is now wrecked lol

I had one in my old gsi, even had a hatch to get the spare out.

get some 6mm hardboard. its dead cheap, and easy to work with. make a round piece for the spare & a slightly smaller ring fixed on the underside of the main floor panel, so it won't fall thru.

Easy ish to remove, mine was a touch tight though!
