I've poly bushed the lower arms and tie bars already and now want to poly bush the rear axel

Can I just lower the axel a tad to fit the new ones or does it have to cone out?

What's the easiest way to get them out? For the fronts I just used a press to get them out but an axel is alot bigger than a suspension arm lol

I also saw someone with poly???? Pads that sit between the spring and the chassis anyone know where to get these?

Flo-flex do the spring seats

Here; http://www.floflex.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=87_88&products_id=482

Dont get rear bushes from them tho the fit is crap to say the least

Cut off the outer lip of one side of the bush at beat it through, that's the way I got some out of the rear beam, it might be doable with the beam dropped down

I used a 2legged puller and a large socket, out in seconds.

I usually get my bushes from rally design but they don't supply the spring seats

i removed the bushes yesterday, set them alight with some white spirit and a lighter and cut one side down a bit and hammered them, nice n easy.

Exactly what I thought, bit close to the tank! It looks like you can do it with the beam fitted:

The Flo-flex ones fitted mine no trouble, use soapy water when fitting new bushes.

As for the old ones I used a drill and ****ed em up til they came out lol
