went to watch it last night and i really enjoyed it, so the story line aint brilliant and sum bits are a tad unrealistic (bit like james bond and the "invisible" car) but who cares !! it aint bout that, its bout the cars and the action which was wicked 8) add a couple of fit co-stars (shuki and that cop bird) and u got a great film :)!!

i was meant to go and see it yesderday night, but my mate got too drunk and needed carrying home, oh well, looking forward to seeing it!

has anyone bought the 2F2F magazine, or the book?

I liked i too. At least there was more car action in this one. Beleivable or not it was still cool.

I went 2 c 2fast 2furious last nite, was better than the first. This 1 had more of a plot rather than all out racing. The first was still cool tho. 8)

i downloaded it and watched the first race to check the quality

then thaught WTF

how many cars in real life could land like that on the front end and still have working steering and suspension

not many...

then i stopped cos the sound was REALLY pish and i was getting pissed off by it

oh and the repeated gear changing on the streights - mustve went thru about 8 gears maybe 9 :roll:

just watched the same section again to show my brother

noticed another few stupid things:

HKS turbo guages to show NOS pressure :o

and just on the run up to that bridge - u see one guy hit nos - then it shows brian going from no/half throttle to full throttle - urm its a race - wouldnt u already be flat out

noticed more shifting too - in 4th and blasting up the revs, bloke in front hits nos, so he shifts into 3rd and boots it - urm ok if the speed he was doing meant he could be in 3rd fine WHY change to 4th in the first place, unless he HAD to have changed into 4th in which case knocking it into 3rd would just mean it would hit the rev limiter and slow down :o

i think ill need to get a better copy so i can pick more holes :roll:

i haven't seen it yet but after reading a review by a car mag. they tested some of the cars and they weren't putting out right power etc but as they said just watch it and don't take it serious and its fairly entertaining

It's a bit of fun, silly, far fetched but fun to watch if you stop being critical.

Just like the bond films we all love to watch.

PS i was quite impressed because 2 of the cars were actually fucked after jumping that bridge. Better than the first one when the supra was flying off hills and hitting the ground with zero damage.

Jees if i was critical about all films where i knew something about the subject matter i'd never watch any films with planes or computers in.

i watched it today... i thort i noticed a few in accuracys like one min there wearin cross chest belts the next full harness's. Also one min theres a key in the ignition the next its gone??? all in all a good film though bit like dukes of hazard towards the end though lol!

Went to see it last Sunday after PV2003, The car park was full off Boy Racers, it was top. What a Day.....PV, 2Fast 2Furious and a Cruise afterwards. Live don't get much better.

I thought the film was quality :D , the american cars must have like 15 gears though :lol: , and there were plenty of boy racers where i saw it, all in thier saxos and pug 106's, thier mummys let em borrow for the nite. Bad thing was it was pissing down with rain and there was a thunderstorm going on, on the way home i was sh1tting bricks :(

i still aint seen it yet, (havent seen matrix reloaded either!) i was meant to go and see it on friday night, but my mate got too drunk he had to be carried home, so we deceided to see it tonight, but his missus wanted them to go out, so he said well go 2moz to see it!

Me and a mate i used to work with used to do it (at slower speeds) in the car park after work - my nova on standard springs struggled a bit to regain its balance but his really low escort did it easy every time. Not that difficult really hun, give it a go in yours n see lol.

well guys, i went to see it tonight, what can i say, its quality, the car scenes were amazing, but, the story line isnt really revelant for what we stand for as a 'sub-culture' or hobby, why would you run away from the cops in a car they can easily spot? and the end scene, with boat and car, impossible, never happen!

but i dont wanna ruin it for those who aint seen it, i say go and see it, im deffo gonna buy it on both dvd and vid when it is released, i mght even go and see it again!

and how the F did he get that smoke coming out of the front end of the skyline, i want it! lol

well i watched it in full last night and i have to say i enjoyed it

the reverse trick was cool as fuck BUT they were doing like 70mph on a freeway - som fuking reverse gear ratio there :roll:

and the boat thing was funneh too - the car (doing 120mph) landing on a fibreglass boat - if they did make the target then the car would most liekly go right thru the fooking thing not just land on top and stop

purge valves were cool - might get a CO2 fire extinguisher and hook summat up on mine 8)

I noticed that and thought was odd, as in the first it was every other word!

perhaps the goverment asked them not to mention it as everyone has been installing there own kits and blowing themselves up.

as for the NOS refrences

i noticed some of the cars had NX logos which im almost certain is Nitrous Express's logo

so yer - maybe NX paid em more
