Distributor for carb engine.

Hi,

I have a 16SV engine from a cavalier which im fitting into a classic mini.

Im after a distributor and ignition coil setup, with the vacuum advanced (from a nova SR i think ??)
The engine i bought didnt come with any of this.

Not having much luck finding them yet.

Could also use the wireing loom, or atleast the correct plug with some wire comeing out.

I may possibly have a 1.2 dizzy and wiring somewhere, you'd only need a coil and a feed.

I have a 1.2 dizzy, but it has the wrong drive for the cam shaft that i want to run.
Could you get a picture of the section that sits against the cam for me so i can see if its any different? Would be a great help :)

Where the dizzy goes into the cam is there a slot in the end of the cam? If so i have a brand new dizzy here.

No, its the pin drive type that i need.

The slot drive wasn't used on the 1600 from what i can find so not of much use to me.

There dont seem to be many arround 2nd hand so i may just have to buy a new one, but then i still need a section off the loom so i have some connectors.
