Intake Air Temp Sensor

Decided I'm going to mount an air temp sensor in my boost pipe just before the throttle body, I'm running the car on omex. I'm not too clued up on sensors etc so does anyone have any recommendations what sensor I should use e.g. off a certain car? Or can I just go down the scrappy and get any old ats and plug to suit?
