I know its probabaly been asked 100 times before, but i can't really find to much info on it. What parts/bearing are needed and what maching is needed (I am manual miller by trade so not a problem, also have a spare set of front hub knuckles)

Streight up it can't be done. (bolted together)

But if it's a smallblock, I'd cut n shut the shafts.

If you staggered cut them, and sleeve them, then balance them I can't see an issue?

Unless it's some 220bhp c16xe?

You can get adapters but they're no cheap

Are you thinking of fitting 5x110 wheels?

Yup, I have seen worse (Welded up cvs together) etc.

Sure a member on here welded part of an inner to part of an outer in some real bodgerylol

There's no problem with modifying shafts, intact, there's companies out there who do this as a business. But ultimately, Bazil is 100% correct"

Just a note on pcd adaptors, iirc they are about a minimum width of around 16mm so a et49 wheel becomes et33 and difficult to fit on a nova,

However these adaptors are readily avalible on eBay and some of the companies will make to order at no extra cost.

Cheers for the advice, so many options! Think i'm gonna go down the route of gte/gsi shafts with mk2 cav cv's. Now i need to make a parts list so i can post a wanted thread up.
Am i right in thinking i'll need (please add or correct parts)
GTE/GSI shafts
Mk2 cav cv's
Cav v6 front and rear hubs & brakes
