And it seems white is a very hard colour to photograph as these pics dont show it nearly as bright and shiny as it actually is!

The external temp guage never worked when he had it but i are made fix, along with a few other bits seen as how i had a bare cav shell to swap working parts from lol

Your pic just proves what im thinking about white being a git to photo though, as your nova just looks a blob of white, as does the cav lol




Needs tyre sheen on them that rubbery bits round ya wheels though:p

Tyre black was applied afterwards :)

White can look very good if shot at the right angle/light, here's an older one of mine when I cut the paint back after I first got it. Full daylight shots they always look like "white blobs" though haha

Lol i promised him id give it a polish up before he got it (as it probably wont get another one) so i used some long lasting shizzle on it so it should stay well, gel'd all the black trims and handles, done the glass inside and out but need to redo the front and rear screens as the glass cleaner boils off as soon as you spray it on as its that warm inside it lol

Aye he text me just before 2 saying they were about to set off so should be up here about 7pm i reckon, there is no need to give me a treat or say thanks as im happy to have helped out and been able to fix the niggly little bits that needed fixing, and plus ive had the use of the car for three weeks aswell:d

Just a shame ive not got my own pad or id be offering them a place to stay and a few beers in the sun:cry:

Cheers David i hoped youd appreciate it, she is looking spot on and goes sooo much better with that d/v blanked/removed, and afaik ive sorted all the silly little bits that didnt want to work like ext temp sensor, rear numberplate light, tickover and such, im going to miss it actually when it goes lol

I just had a mental image of Lee and Jack both trying to open the doors slipping and tw-atting their foreheads on the car. Not sure how you lift upwards and slip down but my imagination ignored physics for a second lol
