reverse light problem

hello i have been having a problem with my reverse light, when i put my car in reverse the light dose not come on, instead my side light dim. has anyone had this problem or how can i fix it?

Check if the bulb is ok or on the gearbox the switch could be faulty

sounds like theres a dodgy earth maybe!

the light is fine i will have to check the switch and the earth in the morning were abouts are they on the gear box?

Take out the reverse switch sensor and clean it up, my bet is that is faulty, mine did the same

Check the earth wire inside the boot on the back panel, open the boot and its near the latch near the bumper, My lights went crazy and was this earth wire that was loose :thumb:

Mine also did this. Indicators were the brake lights and reverse was constantly on lol
