I need to get the torque settings for the bottom pulley (the one that drives the alternator for those of you who get confused) as I should be fixing the nova later today...

it is usually loctite and FT

Yeah I know about the loctite, I was advised by a friend, that there would be a torque setting for it... Just wondering what it was t'is all

Are you sure?? Last time I tightened the damn thing up was well over that, as I almost broke the bar I was using to tighten it up... I can easily exceed 200 odd NM...

my haynes says Crankshaft pulley bolt (use locking compound)....................55 40

that'll be the loctite.
