is it possible to put a corsa b gearstick and selecter into a nova and how hard would it be as im sick of that big lobe sticking down under the car

Yes cut and reweld same as fitting any other internal selector. Dar wrote a guide in articles.

Quite possible. The cav internal shifter is more common conversion tho. Have a look in articles.

You can't have a center console if you do though, so you will have to put up with a brown plastic climbing frame in your car.

I found the Corsa B one to be a pain as the bend is too close to the selector, I eventually got one from a Mk3 astra, worked perfectly withe the Nova end welded on.

I'm just using a fresh piece of tube rather than cutting and welding, but the actual gearstick and cradle are identical between Cav, Corsa etc...only the selector rod is different

i've seen cars with internal shifter and centre console so it can be done. was thinking of doing it but was put off by the fact i thought you couldnt. sure it was on here someone showed me a photo of it

you can use one but have to cut a tunnel in it..
