seat belt rails

how do you remove them? iv taken then big bolt out of both of them and the seat belts are now removed just cant seem to get the bar off.

I tried pulling it but the body work its on just flexed then used a flat blade to try and get it off but no luck with that eitha.

am i just being a woman and not pulling hard enuff or is there a correct way to remove them?

There is a slot on the hole that it goes into and there are two tabs on the bar, rotate it so it is pointing upwards and it will wiggle out:thumb:
