the car did indeed get sold it went to ireland
search for vauxuki on you tube theres plenty of footage of my incar
very rarely visit here anymore as i dont do anything with novas anymore as i sold the nova and bought an evo and now onto an ex prodrive impreza ...some times i wish i still had the nova thou it was a damn good car and fooking fast too for a 1300 (ok it had a proper engine box etc but was mega fun)

I ended up keeping all my Suzuki stuff and i am glad i did!

They are as rare as rocking horse ****.

As far as i am aware you cant get new parts anywhere anymore..its just going to be a case of waiting for engine mounts/bellhousing to come up second hand, even then thats difficult!

i have been lucky, i bought my 1st engine setup complete out of a nova, then bought another spare engine only, then one of my mates bought a suzuki powered nova from aberdeen, i ended up buying that conversion too!

So i now have 3 engines, 4 heads, 2 conversion sets, 3 webber inlet manifolds, dozens of starters/alts etc etc.

I just got my engine back from being away for months getting built, it went on the rolling road kicking out 185bhp! i blew it up about 2 weeks ago though (my fault), so i am currently getting number 2 engine re-built to the same spec if not a bit more. That sort of power doesnt come easy though, vauxhall engines are far better easier and cheaper to tune. not many people will touch suzuki engines. I spent thousands on mine!
