If you dont have a leak anywhere - has to be master cylinder...

Which end do you have the bleed valves? Top of the calliper or bottom?

Too much piston area in relation to the MC... it was specced to run a pair of tiny cylinders and a pair of pretty small single pot calipers. You are now asking it to run 12 pistons, of corse the pedal will be rubbish.

The front Willwoods have 4 bleed valves top bottom inside and out.

Ah, cool. Worth checking, I've seen no end of pictures on here and other forums with the bleed valve fitted at the bottom lol

Rear disc is messing it all up.

I've had the same probs as you. I now run a single line to the rear to give more pressure to the front. Do you have a bias valve inline to the rear? If you do try giving the rears only a tiny bit.

Change to a proper bias pedal box...ie uprate your master cylinders to match the caliper spec
