Help Big Brakes

Hi I have put Willwood 4 pots on the front and Astra GTE Disks on the back.

We bleed the brakes and fluid comes through ok no air but the pedal goes to the floor. If you pump it it gives some feel.

Is the master cylinder knackered or is it not big enough ?

Any advice pleas let me know as car not driveable at moment.
