Hi guys, iv fitted the xe out of my mk1 astra into a corsa sport.
It was playing up in the astra where it would idle about 2000 - 2500 rpm and when i put the engine in the corsa I swapped the Ilde speed control valve from a perfectly running xe.
Now the corsa has the same problem.
But if you squeeze the pipe from the sfi box to the idle speed control valve it will idle normally but if you let go it will return to 2000 - 2500 rpm.
Has anyone got any ideas?
The problem just occured one day in the astra, it was idleing fine and then i started it one day and it started doing that.
