2.0 16v engines

If i wanted to convert my 1.4SRI to a 2.0 16v.
How much am i looking at ?
So the engine ( the bit where it says 2.0 16v i want it removed de-badged if ya like )
Cam shafts clutch e.t.c. e.t.c. EVERY THING
And fitting How much am i looking at :

it doesn't say 2.0 on it

engines on mig from ?300+

whole astras on loot from ?450+

so engine is ?300 what about bits and fitting all i wanan get a finaly/whole price
