How much oil?

How much engine oil in a13s engine? also how much coolant? and oil in a f10 box. I do'nt have any manuals for this car, and i live on a big slope so after an oil change the dipstick is pretty useless to get an accurate reading.

even if someone said 4.5 litres you would still have to check the dipstick anyway wouldnt you

3 litres spring to mind, Gearbox oil is 1.7/1.8 (Depends where you read) litres.

Cooling system depends if its completely dry, just fill it until its roughly half way up the header tank, your get a rough idea I'm sure.
