The safest way is to cut the seal but sourcing another might be tricky.

Take the mirror and sun visors off to aid seeing what is happening

I have removed a couple, but you need to be brave!!

Stradle the seats and place your feet into the top corners, push CAREFULLY and gently apply pressure, keep pressure even apply and release pressure slowly

You should hear the seal start to move, and you should see the lip of the seal moving, continue until the screen is out;)

I use a big flat screwdriver and pop the windscreen seal over the lip, you only need to do enough to then pull it from the front

Just cut the seal with a sharp knife. less damage that way..

Yeah, and ruin a perfectly good seal.

Just tuck the seal behind the metal lip as you work your way round. Then gently push it out. Easier with someone on the outside.
