Driveshaft weights

What do they do? Can i move them along the shaft or remove them as they are in the way of an oil pressure sender.

i think they just balance the shafts out dude to be fair dont count me on that but ive run novas with out them

I used to have none, then when I had to replace them the longer driveshaft has one on the middle, and my nova seems a bit more stable on acceleration... But that could be just me...

If its in the way of the sender, its probably in the wrong place!! Its better to remove it than move it along the shaft if you really have to
