Hey Guys,
I'm looking into spraying the carpet for my Nova black, but I don't know what the best product is to use.
I found this (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Simply-Spray-Upholstery-Spray-Paint-MIDNIGHT-BLACK-/120705536886?pt=UK_Crafts_DrawingSupplies_EH&hash=item1c1a9c5376) on ebay but until I order one I wouldn't know how much i'd need and at around £11.50 a can it could get quite expensive.
Anyone ever done this before and can point me in the right direction?
Cheers :thumb:
I did this just used a spray can from allwoods I can't remember exactly what paint think it was acrylic but came out spot on gave it a Hoover once it had dried to soften the carpet! I think I paid about £5 for a can and used 2 of them!
i just used plasticote paint mate make sure you take them out and give them a good clean before make sure there clean and when spraying them you obviously wont get drips but if you go to much in one spot it makes the carpet go funny so lay it heavy but dont go mad then leave it out in the sun to dry for a day then put them back in thats what i did

I did mine with halfords satin black.
Im a pikey though, feet rubbed it off after afew months, but with a mat it was fine!
Just do it properly and dye it black, wil look much better and last longer!;)
its all about the antibes carpet. god they were/are rare. used to sell for a fortune ;) I brought a whole antibes just for the carpet once ;)
