ha, i was wondering about this today, sitting at work

fitting the 3L v6 into my omega, using the 2.5 vectra inlets, and sitting a charger between them

Off the shelf kits have been available for the omega for ages.

Would be a squeeze in a Nova though unless you plonked it direct on the lower inlet. Anad dremelled a massive hole in the bonnet lol

run a drive shaft to the 'rear' of the engine, over the gbox & fit it there.

That 'charged v6 is off VVOC. In the region of 310bhp if I remember. Spend a small fortune on it though.

Good thinking batman, like b18 chargers? I don't know why it would be over the glovebox though :p

no, over the gearbox you twonk. i bet that plenum would turn round pretty easily too

That inlet in the piccies will give uneven flow to the 2 cylinders near the gearbox compared to the other 4.

i thought a decent size plenum sort of codges the effect a bit

grey area, but you are forcing air down the system, so coming out of the pipe leading to a 3 way manifold, you might just 'miss' the first outlet...

well let all 6 cylinders have there own chargers,

win :)

well not really, think of the pulley drag lol
