Does anyone know what the bars in the water temperature gauge in a digi dash represent in celsius?

If a car had one blue block and 2 yellow blocks for example, what temperature is that?

half way would translate as half way on the nova standard gauge? Which IIRC is normally when the fan comes on (Or is it 3/4?)

Don't know what that is in degrees C, I dont think vauxhalls of that age had numbers.

depends how old your coolant temp sensor is etc, tbh I find turning the heaters on to be a more accurate gauge of how warm it is lol

at a guess i would say.

Blue = 70
1st block = 80
2nd block = 90 (fan should kick in here in my opinion)
3rd block = 100
4th block 110
Red = 120.

Judging by the VXR dash as half way is around 90ish... just over 3/4 is 100

fans normally kick in around 90-95degrees IIRC. so would say around that figure

Unfortunately I can say the blue block and 3 yellow blocks is when the header tank pops

Mine runs at 2 yellow and when fan kicks in drops to one yellow
