Right I've just bought a dslr, Sony A390 I've taken some pics which i want to edit and put a frame around. Anyone know where i can download a decent programme to do so? I'm no expert with computers or camera's, something simple would be good thanks in advance.

Photoshop is pretty good, but it does cost unless you can find one for nothing but that is your perogative
