ecotec pipe vs power cap

i currently run a ecotec pipe with the adaptor but had a couple of people telling me there very restricting,also heard that you lose some of the lower torque with a power cap,anyone have any idea about this? and hows people experiences been with them?

iirc my power and toqure where both up a bit with a power cap.

out of the two i would reluctently go for the power crap but if you can get the sfi box on then do it !

Sfi boxes were designed to help with the inlet airflow by cosworth iirc i had a power cap on mine and although it sounded faster the sfi box made it feel better to drive if that makes sense.

so the sfi box is the way to go then? got a ecotec pipe on there at the moment so will have to dig out the old sfi box and give it a try!
