all you need is the right colour bulbs e.g red for brake etc etc
if they're e-marked you dont need to change any of the bulbs as the inside of the clear lights has the correct colour that shines out when lights are on,if that makes sense

argue this to him - pink is a shade of red so who gives a fcuk !!!!!!!
he did reconed he cud have failed me but thought better off it yet he passed my stright through exhaust with no probs
E marked means they conform to a set of rules set down by European law. Where they will fail you is because you are required to have 2 red reflectors at the rear. As to them being pinky, we had several company cars fail the MOT because the lamps were not red enough. There are rules for a reason, usually yours or someone elses safety. As to spraying the lamps, why not just buy some Emarked red ones in the first place?
cudnt find red uns
and i dont recon its gunna harm ne 1 cos ive got rear lights which r ever so slightyl pink if they were 2 bad the mot bloke wud have failed em!!!!!
