Gripper is a plated diff. You would probably want about a 90% locked diff for drag racing?

If it's only for drag then you can live with the scrubbing through corners; Weld it up ;)

Tran-x diff in mine wound right up for 1/4 mile. so easy to adjust if you wanna go on track. Spares are cheap just bought new plates for mine £70 delivered

can't you shim standard diffs up so they are semi-locked? i believe alot of the autograss boys do it.

you adjust the plates that are inside the diff, not very techinical tbh its just the amount of load the plates are set to.
