gearbox for 1.6

hi im going to put a 1.6 8v the small block in my 1 liter but iv got a 4 speed gearbox on it i wanted to now wever the gearbox would fit or iv got to get a diffrent gearbox what the best gearbox to put in and what car can i take it out off but what drive shaft would i have to use could i use my 4 speed gearbox shaft would still fit or not

just how many times do you need to be told that you need an f13 gearbox from a nova 1.6 gte/ 1.6gsi/ 1.4sri or from a 1.6 astra mk3 or a corsa b????

the f10 from the 1.0 only fits on 1.0 engines, the casing is different.

the standard nova driveshafts will fit, the f13 box will mount up on all of the brackets. you need the little box off the top of the 5 speed gearbox that actually selects the gears cos it is different, and then you need to lift up the gaiter on the gearstick & have a look at the stick, there is a lug that needs chopping off.....
